Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Oct. 27:


Allan Gichuhi Wanyoike, 44, first degree endangering the welfare of a child.


Allan Gichuhi Wanyoike, 44, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 120 days with 100 suspended; fined $4,000 with $500 suspended, a $50 jail surcharge, a $100 suspended jail surcharge and $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to complete a substance abuse treatment assessment; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and placed on probation for two years.

Criminal Court

Ashley J. Ingram, 27, fourth degree assault.

Forrest G. King, 25, improper use of registration, title, plates; driving while license canceled, suspended, revoked or limited.  

Cal H. Mathews, 78, driving under the influence and driving while driver’s license was canceled, suspended, revoked. 

Donald Wright Pinnow, 51, first degree failure to register as a sex offender or child kidnapper  

Nicholas J. Scavnicky, 35, first-degree vehicle theft, a felony. 

Jesselee D. Altman, 23, Homer, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence,.

Charles W. Quales III, 49, Cordova, Driving while license revoked, a misdemeanor. 

Bradley R. Kloeckl, 51, Driving under the influence, a misdemeanor.
