Judgments
Jason K. Herreman, 33, pleaded not guilty to taking a moose through illegal means and unlawful possession and transportation of game, a minor offense. He was found not guilty of both charges in a bench trial.
Zachary M. Haning, 18, pleaded guilty to minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol. He was fined $500 and ordered to perform 20 hours of community work service.
Tyler Herndon, 18, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that he perform 30 hours of community work service and forfeit items seized. He was placed on probation for one year.
Daniel L. Martin, 35, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.
Criminal Court
Levi S. Tangman, 27, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamines, felony indictment.
Levi A. West-Harkness, 24, second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, heroin, two counts, felony indictment.
Jonthomas W. Sullivan, 27, Anchor Point, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, four counts; fifth-degree criminal mischief.
Ronald S. Miller, 30, driving under the influence.
