Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through May 23:

Judgments

Cynthia Pickel, 54, pleaded guilty to failure to appear. She was sentenced to time served in jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.

Dale D. Vaughan, 50, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 240 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for five years.

Criminal Court

Alan T. Blatchford, 66, second-degree criminal trespass.

Donovan J. Lee, 39, second-degree assault, first-degree burglary, both felonies; fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Karla A. Lee 58, first-degree hindering prosecution.

Jennifer A. Beaucage, 28, driving while license revoked, driving without motor vehicle insurance.

Derek R. Dour, 22, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Kimberly L. Caley, 20, Anchor Point, driving without a valid operator’s license.

June A. Walker, 35, Anchorage, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Scott E. Hillman, 38, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Varnavy N. Basargin, 13, reckless driving, driving without a valid driver’s license.

Jedidia C. Gautierm 24, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Shane H. Anderson, 26, fugitive from justice.

Geraldine E. Sparks, 47, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Justin A. Reekie, 19, Anchor Point, driving while license canceled. 

Civil Court

Discover Bank v. Jeff Vance, debt.

In the matter of Derrick M.P. Macauly and Tiffany Macauly, dissolution of marriage.

Alaska Child Support Services Division v. Warren Urdahl, foreign support order.

Linnea D. Johnson v. Lora Wilke, temporary restraining order granted.

Dora R. Macauly v. Jeremy D. Watson, temporary restraining order granted.
