Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through April 22:

Judgments

Lee F. Swartz, 44, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; had his driver’s license revoked for 30 days; ordered not to possess or consume alcohol; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended.

Lee J. Henry, 51, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 20 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to possess or consume alcohol; ordered not to return to Cook Inlet Region Inc. property off Main Street; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

George G. Mcanelly, 30, failure to register as a sex offender.

Ronald A. Peebles, 56, Anchor Point, failure to give immediate notice of an accident.

Kevin W. Dell, 53, driving while license revoked.

Quintin O. Hartwig, 18, driving under the influence, minor consuming alcohol, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol.

Elizabeth A. Kvasnikoff, 27, second-degree terroristic threatening.

Matthew B. Fisher, 29, fourth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence.

Civil Court

Harlin S. Williams v. Tera J. Williams, divorce.

Alaska Department of Revenue, Child Support Services Division, v. Nathan W. Vandecoevering, foreign support order.
