Judgments
Danielle J. Thurmond, 18, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 300 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered to forfeit items seized; ordered not to possess, consume or use any controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician and not to possess any drug paraphernalia; and was placed on probation for three years.
Debbie Flores, 42, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to driving while license suspended. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
