Judgments

Alen T. Blatchford, 67, charge dismissed, first-degree arson.

William O. Daugherty, 48, charges dismissed, kidnapping, third-degree weapons misconduct, acquittal by jury. He was found guilty by a jury of third-degree assault and fourth-degree assault, both domestic violence related. He was sentenced to time served in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended.

Terry D. McCloud, 45, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that she serve 120 days in jail by electronic monitoring; apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; pay $100 to the Police Training Fund; pay a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; not possess credit cards, debit cards, checkbooks or access devices without written permission of her probation officer; and complete a mental health evaluation. She was placed on probation for five years.

Nathan M. Buck, 36, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 35 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; his driver’s license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Saul B. Gamble, 30, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to contact a mental health treatment center upon release from jail; and was placed on probation for five years.

Charles A. Hall, 59, pleaded guilty to taking a sublegal moose. He was fined $300; ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund; and was ordered to forfeit moose meat and antlers.

Angela F. Cramer, 36, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 100 days in jail with 97 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
