Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through July 2:

Judgments

Ryan H. Pitcher, 39, pleaded guilty to refusal to submit to a breath test. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Debbie Flores, 43, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to driving while license revoked. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Criminal Court

Coty S. Dumont, 23, Port Graham, third-degree assault, domestic violence, a felony, four counts.

Lance A. Wares, 27, driving under the influence.

Michael D. Platt, 66, Anchorage, violating conditions of release, domestic violence.

Jeremy B. Ackerman, 28, Anchor Point, improper use of evidence of registration.
