Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Oct. 17.


Abram Z. Kraskov, 56, pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 40 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended; and had his drivers license revoked for 90 days.

Aaron R. Weisser, 33, pleaded guilty to taking a sublegal moose. He was fined $300 and ordered to forfeit moose meat and antlers, and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.

Criminal Court

Joshua R. Kruse, 27, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Brandon J. Gomez, 26, DUI.

Latisha Denise Johnson a.k.a. Shandtresha Yvette Johnson, 31, fourth-degree criminal mischief, two counts, amended complaint.

Jason R. Keller, 33, avoidance of an interlock ignition device.

John G. Hetrick 49, driving while license suspended.

Drosida Peter Basargin, 21, DUI.

Derek Johnson, 16, driving in violation of restricted permit.

Anna A. Basargin, 16, Anchorage, minor consuming alcohol.

Ulita T. Kalugin, 18, Anchorage, minor consuming alcohol, repeat offender.

Ivan A. Basargin, 19, Anchorage, minor consuming alcohol, habitual offender.

Bradley S. Sekulich, 31, violating conditions of release.

Kiflin M. Bradley, 54, fourth-degree theft.

Civil Court

In the matter of Karen Beth Christensen, change of name to Karen Beth Nussbaum.

In the matter of Carol Broadbent, change of name to Carol Robinson.
