Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through June 19: 

Judgments

Jenny M. Rogue, 31, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 50 days in jail with 45 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to consume alcohol in excess above a .08 blood-alcohol content; ordered not to be at the Alibi Bar; and was placed on probation for one year.

Colleen P. Tillion, 38, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of possessing or transporting illegally taken game, a violation. She was fined $300 and ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for three years.

James E. Rose, 39, Eugene, Ore., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Jeff A. Alexander, 51, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 350 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to participate and complete an anger management program; and was placed on probation for one year. 

Kimberly M. Finch, 44, pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year.

Andres A. Jauregui, 37, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and resisting arrest, and was sentenced to 270 days with 230 days suspended total time, to be served consecutive to the criminal mischief sentence.

Tina M. Provost, 34, first-degree vehicle theft, second-degree terroristic threat, tampering with physical evidence, felony indictment.
