Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Nov. 21:

Judgments

Guy Watkins, 49, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of not having a valid driver’s license. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service in lieu of jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of taking a moose in violation of bag limits or hunting season, a violation. He was fined $500 and ordered to forfeit meat and antlers.

Tylor Sutherland, 23, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of not having a valid driver’s license. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service in lieu of jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked and was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service and had his license revoked for 90 days. He pleaded guilty to two counts of failure to appear in court and was fined $150 on each count and pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Steven J. Squires, 24, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to have no contact with Safeway; and was placed on probation for one year.

Ethan A. Koch, 17, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to not having a valid operator’s license. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Eli B. Sligh, 33, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to fourth-degree theft. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 50 days in jail with 45 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; ordered to have no contact with the Grog Shop; and was placed on probation for one two years.
