Irene L. Kent

Irene L. Kent, 86, lost her battle with cancer on March 20, 2021. Irene married Reed Kent in 1968. They lived in Alaska for many years. Reed worked for Tony Neal and Jay Brant, and owned Bear Alaska Lumber.

Irene left behind five daughters, Phyllis, Kathy, Patty, Lois and Erin. She is survived by her husband, Alfred Reed Kent, and four step-daughters, Debra, Linda, Sheri and Bridgette.

Her parents Charles and Irene Jones preceded her in death, as well as four brothers and five sisters.

“R.I.P. our sister,” her family said.
