As part of the third annual Alaska Book Week, Oct. 5-12, the Homer Public Library holds “Alaska Read-out” at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the library. Homer authors Miranda Weiss, Rich Chiappone, Ann Dixon and Erin Coughlin Hollowell will read from their favorite Alaska books.
