Herbie is a love bug and all attitude. A real boy cat, he’s all swagger. This 2-year-old orange-and-white, neutered male, will strut around one minute demanding his morning meal, and in the next curl up in your lap for a quick morning snooze. Herbie’s just a great all-around cat, at peace with his world.      

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the city’s Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. For more information, call 235-3141.
