Pet of the Week: Bugz

Pet of the week

Bugz is a 6-year-old female cat. This beautifully unique gal is a character. Bugz is quite friendly, although her face might tell a different story. She enjoys being the only cat, but she doesn’t have to be. The staff at the shelter love her dearly, but she deserves a family of her own to love on her.

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 235-3141.
