Darla and Mikey

Pet of the Week: Darla and Mikey

Pets of the week

Darla and Mikey are 7- and 9-year-old cats, respectively. These two are quite the bonded pair. They are very sweet, they enjoy a good petting session, and they’re very laid back. Mikey has special needs, but his daily routine is very easy to manage. They’re waiting patiently for the right family to call their own. Please consider opening your heart and home to these two amazing cats.

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 235-3141.
