Pet of the week

Elsa is a 1-year-old cat. This gal has been a love-bug from day one. She enjoys affection from her two legged friends, and can live with feline friends as well. She entered the shelter as a stray but is now waiting for the right family to adopt her into their hearts and home. She’s a unique beauty with gorgeous eyes and a kinked tail.

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 235-3141.
