Pet of the Week: Hilda

Pet of the week

Hilda is a 1-year-old female cat. Need a little pick-me-up? Hilda does too! All of her kittens have gone into their new homes and she is resting up after her spay surgery. The shelter staff just can’t believe that there has been no interest in this loving gal. Now that she is done taking care of her kittens, she is very ready to be taken care of herself. Let’s brighten Hilda’s day with a new home. You will not regret bringing this love into your life.

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 235-3141.
