Pet of the Week: Orin

Pet of the Week

Orin is a 1 1/2-year-old male. He is sweet as all get out and handsome to boot. He loves to be held and is an Olympic-level snuggler. He is clever, loves his treats and is coming around like crazy. The shelter staff can only imagine the potential this cat will posses once he finds his place in this world. All his good energy and love to share. He’s a perfect balance of a cat: independent yet wants his people to know he is there and he cares, which he shows with his famous nuzzling act. The staff cannot believe he is still there!

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 235-3141.
