Look at this sweet gal, Topanga! Boy does she have our hearts down here at the shelter. We adore her! This 1.5-year-old girl came to us very scared, but now has a strong appetite for affection. We know that in a home she would blossom and make someone feel very special. Her first or so years are unknown. though we definitely know what she wants from here on out… her own person to LOVE and we mean all the LOVE anyone could ever ask for.
