These boys have been with us for 78 days. They have both made so much progress, but they will truly shine once they are adopted into their furever home. Percy is outgoing and adorable, his brother Charlie is more reserved but shows his affection once he knows you. They will both blossom into their true selves once they leave the shelter though.
