Pets of the Week: Neveah

Pet of the Week

Meet Neveah, a 3-year-old female cat who the shelter staff first met in November. She came to the shelter with four kittens and pregnant. She gave birth after being there for two days. She and her four kittens were fostered in a home with kids and dogs. She did exceptionally well with both. She is now back and looking for a home of her own. As one can imagine, she is starved for attention and ready for some “me” time! She is friendly, seeks out human attention and will warm your heart as well as look beauteous on your couch!

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m.-4 pm. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 235-3141.
