Sara is a 4-month-old tortie.

“Behold, the two-headed tortie! Just kidding! That’s Sara on the right. She’s about 4 months old, healthy, spayed and ready for her new home. She’s a little shy, so she’ll need an extra caring, patient soul to take her in and give her a chance. But once she’s knows you, she’s got tons of love to give. Take a chance on Sara, won’t you? To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m.-4 pm. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 235-3141.
