River Lincoln Palmer was born at 3:49 a.m. on Feb. 15, 2019 at South Peninsula Hospital to Chelsea Rae Owens and Christopher Guy Palmer of Homer. He weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces. His grandparents are Rhonda and Brian Owens of Homer, RaNae and Ray Bennett of Taylorsville, Utah, and Wayne Palmer of West Jordan, Utah.
