The Homer Foundation has awarded Leah Bailey the 2015 Homer Health Care Providers Scholarship to assist with her studies at Brenau University in Gainesville, Ga., where she is pursuing her Doctorate in physical therapy. Leah is a 2008 graduate of Homer High School and a 2012 graduate of the University of Oregon, earning a bachelors of science with a double major in human physiology and psychology and a minor in chemistry. She said she would like to thank the Health Care Providers Scholarship Committee, the Homer Foundation and the generous donors who make this award possible.
