Susan M. Green

Susan M. Green

Jan. 10, 1945 – Nov. 5, 2019

Susan M. Green passed into the next life due to lung cancer, at her children’s home in Tonganoxie, Kansas.

Susan was well known in Anchor Point and Homer, Alaska as “The Goat Lady.” She had many, many friends. She was a good friend to all. For years and years she provided goat milk to many families who had children who could not tolerate cow milk. She also made goat cheese to die for.

“She was the love of my life, and the best friend any man could ever ask for in this life time,” said her longtime partner, George Trudeau.

Any donations in her name to the Homer Community Food Pantry would be appreciated.
