Alaska Wildlife Troopers contacted a 37-year-old Anchorage man and a 43-year-old Homer woman personal-use dip netting at Kasilof and cited them for concealing the fish from view or failing to mark the fish as personal-use salmon by cutting the tails before leaving the site. Bail was set at $85.

July 11

Anchor Point Post wildlife troopers cited a 46-year-old Kenai man for commercial fishing in closed waters in Cook Inlet. Troopers said the man was drift gillnet fishing and had his net out and was .2 nautical miles inside a closed area.
