Last week I made the dreaded trip to the local DMV office to renew the long-expired registration on a boat and trailer that have been sitting in my driveway for far too long.  I was thoroughly impressed with the well organized, bright, comfortable environment of the new office and could not have asked for more friendly, courteous and efficient service. The experience was far better than I expected.
