Homer’s Food Pantry on Monday, April 14: I was at this place today and saw lots of familiar faces and some I didn’t know. The workers are always friendly and loving.
Today was very special to me. These people had put together Easter baskets filled with a stuffed animal, colored eggs, straw and candy for each child in each family. Also a ham was provided for Easter Sunday dinner with all the extras.
I want to thank the town of Homer for sharing their food, money, time and caring for the less fortuniate here. What a wonderful place to live and remember Christ is risen.
Friend and neighbor
