The board of HEA should be totally embarrassed. The news media has reported on electric rates now at an all-time high (average) of 13 cents a kwh and here we sit at almost 21 cents as HEA customers. 

The number one goal of the HEA board should not be green projects or local hiring or other schemes. It should be delivering dependable power at an affordable rate. Right now they’re failing miserably.
