We would like to express our gratitude to the SPH Foundation for their recent generous grant to the South Peninsula Hospital Diabetes Education Program. Their grant allows us to provide classes to low-income and under-insured community members. Financial issues can make it challenging for individuals to receive the support and information they need to successfully cope with health changes. Uncontrolled diabetes can be devastating for patients and their loved ones. The South Peninsula Hospital Foundation grant helps individuals with diabetes stay as healthy as possible.
