Four Homer High School students are among 16,000 named semifinalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program:
• Evan Boyer;
• Patrick Latimer;
• Jayce Miller;
• Jonas Noomah.
The students now compete for some 7,600 National Merit Scholarships worth about $33 million that will be offered in the spring.
