Workers on Monday raised the beams for Grace Ridge Brewery, a new brewery under construction on Ocean Drive. The building will include a brewery, tasting room and also space for United Parcel Service, said Donald Stead, Grace Ridge brewmaster and owner. Steve Schulz is the general contractor. Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.
