Learn methods for establishing financial projections and how to create and evaluate financial ratios that will help measure success and be an effective tool in obtaining financing at a “How To Write A Business Plan” seminar. It will be taught by Bryan Zak of the Alaska Small Business Development Center, at the Homer Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center, 1-4:30 p.m. Feb. 23. The fee is $50.
