Mr. Altman was born June 16, 1969, in Grangeville, Idaho. He moved to Homer in April of 1983 where he attended and graduated from Homer High School. The family wrote, “Marty was loved by so many and will forever be missed. He had a huge heart and was always there to help a friend out. He loved animals and was always taking in strays. His family always wondered which animal or person he would walk through the door with next. Even though Marty is gone he will live on in our hearts and memories forever. He will continue to live through us as we remember his smiling face and the wonderful memories. We will find peace and comfort knowing he is with his Heavenly Father now.”
