Terri Otto, 60, of Homer, Alaska passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 3, 2023.

Terri was born on October 20, 1962 to Coy and Geraldine Eskelson in Utah. When she was 2 years old, she moved to Alaska and later graduated from Homer High School in 1981.

When she was a sophomore in high school, she met her husband Brad Otto. Terri and Brad went on to have four children, Candace, Kyle, Brooke and Courtney.

Terri liked to spend her time cooking, gardening, mowing her lawn and caring for her family. She spent the last 40 years serving those in the Homer and Anchor Point community as a waitress and bartender.

Terri was predeceased by her mother, father, daughter Brooke and brother Matthew. She is survived by her husband Brad, three children, Candace, Kyle, Courtney and five grandchildren, Alexis, Kylee, Jace, Noah and Brody.

A public gathering to celebrate Terri’s beautiful life will be held at the Down East Saloon on Saturday, May 13 at 3PM.
