Golf supports Hospice of Homer

The fifth annual “Holes ‘Fore’ Hospice Golf Tournament Fundraiser” will be held at TIPS Homer Golf Course, East End Road, on Saturday. The entry fee is $50 per person and includes 18 holes of golf, lunch and range balls. Registration begins at 9 a.m. The 18-hole scramble format offers fun for experienced and novice golfers alike. There will be a closest-to-the-pin event beginning at 10 a.m. and the tournament at 11 a.m., followed by lunch and tournament awards. Community members and businesses still have an opportunity to support Hopsice of Homer by sponsoring individual holes and putting greens. For more information, call 235-6899.
