Register now for Spit Run

Registration has started for the annual 10k to the Bay Homer Spit Run. The race stars at 9:30 a.m. June 25 for walkers and 10 a.m. for runners at Homer High School and finishes at Land’s End on the Spit. A no-host party is at Land’s End Resort with a free shuttle bus back to the high school.

Bib pickup and registration is 8-9:15 a.m. at the high school. Registration is $30 online and includes a T-shirt. Sign-up early as there are a limited number of shirts available. Registration is $35 the day of the race. Children ages 9 and younger are free and must register the day of the race. Sponsored by the Kachemak Bay Running Club, there is $5 discount for members.
