As part of its latest round of grant awards, the Rasmuson Foundation has awarded a $50,000 grant to the Alaska Humanities Forum to complete a documentary about Clem Tillion, the Halibut Cove fisherman and former legislator. The award was part of $13.5 million awarded to Alaska nonprofit organizations to improve the quality of life in the state.
