Pete K. Daily, 62, Anchor Point, charge dismissed, refusal to submit to a breath test. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Erik F. Donhauser-Sagemoen, 20, second-degree failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer, driving while license revoked, driving under the influence, marijuana.

Johnathon R. Cumpton, 25, Ninilchik, DUI, driving while license suspended.

Joshua D. Moore, 33, Mesa, Ariz., DUI.

Benjamin J. Poore, 26, reckless endangerment, fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons.

Gerald H. Grappi, 66, third-degree assault, a felony; DUI.
