I’m Doug Stark and I have over 25 years in the Homer Area doing land development including numerous lots with underground electric and have served two terms on the Homer City Council.

I have two main objectives for serving on the HEA Board of Directors: No. 1, work the budget to ensure no more rate increases, and No. 2 (long term), work toward increasing hydro sources and upgraded storage and transmission of power through increased cooperation among the Railbelt utilities.
