A July 4 groundbreaking ceremony in Seldovia marks the beginning of construction for a value-added processing plant that, once built, will be leased by the city to Seldovia Wild Seafood. Jay-Brant General Contractors of Homer is the lead contractor on the 100-by-60-foot building.
