Alaska State Trooper Sgt. Dan Cox, center, examines a crashed truck at Northern Enterprises Boat Yard on Thursday afternoon. Paul Suter, 30, is accused of stealing the truck and evading troopers and Homer Police in a high-speed chase from Anchor Point to Homer. Police caught Suter after he crashed the truck. Troopers said Suter ran from the truck holding a gallon jug of Scotch whisky, seen here on the hood of a trooper vehicle. He's also charged with two counts of driving under the influence.
