Homer Volunteer Fire Department medics help the driver of a Chevrolet Blazer. right, involved in a car crash at Main Street and the Sterling Highway. The Blazer collided with the black Chevrolet truck to the left. Medics took the driver of the Blazer to South Peninsula Hospital. Homer Police said the Blazer was attempting to cross the highway heading north on Main Street when it collided with the truck heading west on the highway.
