Chugach Arts Council in Seward invites artists and arts groups to join in “Art With a Heart” art events to benefit animal welfare organizations. From now until Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, artists and writers are invited to submit work relating to animals to be published in a book that will be available for resale to benefit animal welfare groups.
