Judgments

Amanda Haverman, 27, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. She was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Edward T. Vey, 49, pleaded guilty to limitations for halibut. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; had his fishing license privileges suspended for one year; and was placed on probation for one year.

Gus R. Ukatish, 55, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request and to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for three years.
