Have you ever seen a more adorable little face? Oscar is a 13-year-old Shihtzu, and is just a delight. Perpetually happy, this little guy loves people, is good with other dogs, likes to go for car rides and sit in your lap. He's a little hard of hearing, but hey, the nose (and heart) work just fine. To adopt a pet, call or stop by the Animal Shelter across from the city's Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. For more information, call 235-3141.
