Homer in soccer tourney

This past weekend local athletes traveled from Homer to Anchorage to participate in a “3v3,” three versus three, soccer tournament.

Homer was represented by three teams:

• The womens team was comprised of Heidi Johnson, Karen Weston, Claudia Haines and Amy Russell;

• Henry Russell, Seamus Sholz, and Tucker Weston competed together;

• The remaining team was comprised of Owen Glasman, Ethan Anderson, Parker Sorenson, Elijah Johnson and Phin Weston.
