David Patrick Rae was born at 6:18 p.m. Nov. 22, 2015, at Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna to Joy R. and Joshua D. Rae of Anchor Point. He weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces. His grandparents are Delia Douglass of Milwaukie, Ore., and Guy Douglass of Homer, the late Dennis Rae, and Joe and Juanita Proctor of Flourisant, Colo., and Jerry McKennon of Tualatin, Ore. He joins his siblings, Ethan Rae, 5, and Kody Rae, 2.
