Lois June Leto passed away on August 15, 2025, at South Peninsula Hospital in Homer, Alaska. She was born on August 1, 1955, in Mariba, Kentucky. Lois was a nurse at Ketchikan Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband, John Leto; sons, Steven Conner and Christopher Simpson; daughter, Shawtee Littau; brother, Dwight Simpson; sister, Lumaria Simpson; grandchildren, Christopher Conner, Taylor Conner, Roxanne Simpson and Elijah Simpson.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 25th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, August 26th from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Homer Funeral Home, 3522 Main Street, Homer, Alaska with interment to follow at Anchor Point Cemetery.
