The Homer Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center has issued a call to artists in all genres from pre-kindergarten through grade 12 for its nonjuried show, MyHome. “We all love where we live, so share the vibe of this place called Homer, where you live and play or describe the natural beauty you see each day,” the chamber said of the show. “Wherever your road leads in Homer, where and what do you think visitors should be sure to see?” Students can enter written and artistic submissions. All submissions must be received by Dec. 1. Deliver or mail work to 201 Sterling Highway, Homer, AK 99603. The exhibit is Dec. 5, 2014-March 31, 2015.
